She's a witch that can cast a spell that enables fishes to go out into the air and swim freely at special nights : ) Her rituals bring good dreams to the people that lives nearby her magic, and in times of great depression or bleakness, she would dance with her night fishes to help everyone find their inner strengths during the day : D
